The Cyprus Spit is a traditional charcoal BBQ from Cyprus where it is known in the local language as a Foukou grill.
A Cyprus Grill comprises of a charcoal BBQ in addition to 12 small skewers and 3 large skewers that are motorised. The smaller skewers are used to cook shashliks.
The larger skewers are used to spit roast larger meat and with the addition of some Cyprus Grill accessories, you can cook fish, vegetables and a range of different meat.
