If Citrus wood BBQ pellets are new to you, you may want to first use them with quicker low 'n' slow items, e.g. Hot Smoked Salmon or Chicken Thighs.

You may want to create your own bespoke blend by mixing them with, say, Oak BBQ pellets.  The limit is your imagination!

These pellets will leave a bit more ash in your fire pot than conventional blends as they contain bark.
